Your Vote Counts

Over 100 years ago, Theodore Herzl founded the World Zionist Organization (WZO). Its job was to establish a Jewish state, and it succeeded in 1948. The WZO is still around, helping Israel build a strong nation that is democratic, moral, and Jewish. Every Jew should vote in the upcoming election. It costs $4.00 to register, but your vote will make a huge difference.

The Conservative or Masorti Movement in Israel needs our help! By registering for the WZO election, we will help create the spiritual environment that Israel deserves. The more votes for the Conservative / Masorti Movement, the more money that will be channeled into our Movement and the greater our representation on the Jewish Agency/World Zionist Organization Executive will be.

What can the Conservative /
Masorti Jewry do in Israel?

• Help put a rabbi in a synagogue.

• Fund a Masorti Nursery School.

• Helps give a handicapped child a
Bar or Bat Mitzvah.

• Create a Jewish summer camp for Israeli kids.

• Strengthen a Judaism that counts
women in the minyan.

• Strengthen a Judaism that welcomes all Jews.

• Translate sacred texts so a modern Israeli understands them.

• Help to fund a shaliach (shlichah) for our Movement.

• Grow the Masorti Movement.
