MERCAZ/WOMEN’S LEAGUE ESSAY CONTEST

Attention all teens! Don’t miss the biennial MERCAZ/Women’s League Essay Contest. A joint effort of MERCAZ USA, MERCAZ Canada and Women’s League for Conservative Judaism, the competition provides teenagers an opportunity to win scholarships for use on any Conservative Movement approved program to Israel. The general topic is “Israel and Israelis as Reflected in Modern Israeli Literature”. The deadline for submitting the 500-word essays is October 13th, 2006. Click here for more information.
